For someone who doesn't do book reviews as a general rule, I've been doing them a lot lately. This time, however, it's a book that's very important to me, both as a writer and as a disabled person. The Ultimate Guide to Sex and Disability, from Cleis Press, is a how-to and a gentle pat on the back for people whose physical impairments make sex and relationships more complicated.
